ENERGY EFFICIENCY GRANT APPROVAL

MIKE SMITH – 775 CENTRAL STREET  - An application from Mike Smith for energy efficiency improvements to the “Willits Furniture” located at 775 Central Street in excess of $19,380 was reviewed by staff and the Revit-ED Committee and recommended for approval of $7,500.  Motion Kanne/2nd Madrigal and unanimous roll call vote, absent Stranske, to authorize expenditure of $7,500 from the Redevelopment Agency budget for the proposed improvements to the “Willits Furniture” located at 775 Central Street.

FAÇADE GRANT APPROVAL

DON AND MARY MITCHELL – 101 EAST BARBARA LANE  - An application from Don and Mary Mitchell for façade improvements to their property at 101 East Barbara Lane in excess of $59,950 was reviewed by staff and the Revit-ED Committee and recommended for approval of a $7,500 grant.  Motion Madrigal/2nd Oslund and unanimous roll call vote, absent Stranske, to authorize the expenditure of up to $7,500 from the Façade Improvement Program for the proposed improvements to the “Coast Hardware building” located at 101 East Barbara Lane.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY GRANT

TRAYCE AND CHRIS BEARDS –  -  An application from Trayce and Chris Beards for energy efficiency improvements to their residence at in excess of $660 was reviewed by staff and the Revit-ED Committee and recommended for approval of a $330 grant.  Motion Madrigal/2nd Oslund and unanimous vote  to authorize the expenditure of $330 from the Redevelopment Agency budget for the proposed energy improvements to Trayce and Chris Beards’ residence.
